Please schedule adequate time to provide the services you've requested. If your pet or home requires more time than scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you.
Poop scooping (for dailies), watering and other average tasks are included in base price. Difficult or time-consuming tasks are extra.
If you need birdfeeders to be filled, pond fish fed, or other services that you are not sure we can provide, please ask. We aim to please!
*Lock boxes are FREE to clients booking a minimum of two months of workday visits (40 visits, paid in advance).
**Holidays for 2010:
New Year's Eve & Day, Dec. 31-Jan. 1; Easter Sunday, April 4; Memorial Day, May 31; Independence Day, July 4; Labor Day, Sept. 6; Veteran's Day, Nov. 11; Thanksgiving Holiday, Nov. 25-26; Christmas Holiday, Dec. 24-25.
***Workday visit clients (midday potty breaks and dog walks) are given a discount of $1 off each visit IF a minimum of 20 visits are booked and paid for in advance. To qualify for this discount, the visits must be 5 daily WEEKDAY visits over the course of a month, and must be consecutive. (No every other day, no 1 or 2 weekly visits.) The $1 discount is given on the REGULAR cost of a visit, not in addition to the online discount. Additionally, workday visits must be scheduled with the sitter or through our office. The online form will not work when scheduling regular workday visits.
****A cancellation fee of $10 will be subtracted from ALL cancellation refunds made with 8 or more days notice.

This allows us to determine if we will be able to provide you with the best possible service, and to determine which pet sitter will be assigned to your job. Consultation is done by phone. |

| At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, provide your lock box, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting should be scheduled at least 72 hours prior to service. |

| For the client who works long hours and requires weekday dog walks/potty breaks. This often suffices as an alternative to doggy daycare, since we provide companionship, play, and exercise for your pet! Discount is for one month of weekday visits (20 visits). |

IMPORTANT: Terms
Payment is due before service starts.
A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each service, before the start of each service.
With permission, you may leave your sitter a check for payment
in full and the completed Service Request to be picked up on the first visit of your booking. However, we reserve the right to impose a late payment charge of $25.00 if we do not find a check on the first visit.
