PAYMENT METHODS

Methods of payment for services include: cash and personal checks, as well as payment through PayPal.*

• For regularly scheduled mid-day visits (daily dog walking / puppy visits / medication / mid-day outdoor romps), payment is due weekly on Friday (or the last day scheduled for the week).

• For established clients, payments for out-of-town visits (vacations / business trips / short-term hospital stays) must be made in advance.

• For new clients, payments for out-of-town visits (vacations / business trips / short-term hospital stays) must be made in advance.

• For all other services (pet taxi, errands, etc.) payment is due in advance.

To make payments using PayPal, you will need to open an account and have it verified. You can register for an account here:

Once your account has been established, you will need to verify it. This takes a few days, as PayPal will make one or two small deposits to your bank account, and you will need to give PayPal the amounts of the deposits in order to verify your account. Once verified, your account is ready to use.

*We charge a 3% convenience fee in order to accept credit card payments through PayPal.
